What does “The trucks won't stop coming” mean? [on hold]
Is it slang ? I have to translate it into french and I do not understand since this sentence comes at least 3 times in the movie I have to adapt, from 4 different abused women characters. I assume it is slang but I cannot find anything.
Thanks a lot for your help.

Welcome to EL&U. Context is essential to meaning. Which movie is it from? What is the surrounding dialogue? What is happening when it comes up in conversation? Are you certain you have transcribed the sentence correctly? I strongly encourage you to take the site tour and review the help center for additional guidance.

Alternatively the Urban Dictionary has some definitions that might be helpful. (I'm guessing the movie isn't "Dumbo").

Actually, I think it is simplier than I thought. These 4 abused women characters, they all live by the freeway and when they look at the window, they see the trucks. Maybe it is just as simple as this. Thanks a lot for your help.

Without considerable context we cannot answer this question. For all we know, it could be a waitress at a truck stop, complaining about not getting a chance to rest.
