I'll suggest you to follow the guidelines directing EL & U. Read- How do I ask a good question? It will help you trailer your question and respective explantion prudently. Remember, healthy question attracts healthy answer(s).

I have a couple of ideas, but I second Ubi hatt: if you fill out exactly what you mean and give an example sentence, that will help you get the best answers.

If its a document, I would use the word author. You could use produce, actualize, or any other synonym of create though. https://www.thesaurus.com/browse/create
