Eric Garth Hudson(fødd 2. august 1937) er ein kanadisk multi-instrumentalist. Som organist og pianist for The Band, var han ein av berebjelkane i den unike stilen til bandet.
Han var ein meister på Lowrey orgel, og han fekk lydar ut av dette instrumentet som ein seinare først fekk med polyfone synthesizerar. Dei andre viktigaste instrumenta hans er piano, elektriske klaverinstrument, tenorsaksofon, sopransaksofon og trekkspel. Han har vore særs mykje nytta som studiomusikar og har spelt med mange aristar. Han spelar òg i ein duett med kona Maud, og i 2002 vart han med venen Sneaky Pete Kleinow i Burrito Deluxe, ein avleggar av The Flying Burrito Brothers. Han har òg sitt eige tolv mann store band kalla The Best!.
