«This Wheel's on Fire» er ein song skriven av Bob Dylan og Rick Danko.^[1] Han vart opphavleg spelt inn av Dylan og The Band under dei legendariske innspelingane deira i 1967, som seinare kom ut på The Basement Tapes i 1975.^[2] The Band si utgåve av songen kom ut først på Music From Big Pink i 1968.^[3]

I 1968 vart ei utgåve av Julie Driscoll med Brian Auger and The Trinity ein hit i Storbritannia og nådde 5. plassen på singellista der.^[4] Med bruk av forvrenging, bilete av songtittelen og gruppa i fargesprakande klede vert denne versjonen tett knytt til psykedeliaen i britisk musikk. Driscoll spelte inn songen på ny tidleg i 1990-åra med Adrian Edmondson som tema for komiserien på BBC, Absolutely Fabulous, der hovudkarakterane vert kasta tilbake til denne tida.

The Byrds spelte inn ei utgåva av «This Wheel's on Fire» for albumet Dr. Byrds & Mr. Hyde i 1969, og ei konsertutgåve finst på Live at the Fillmore - February 1969 og den utvida utgåva av (Untitled).^[5][6][7] I 1987 vart songen spelt av det britiske rockebandet Siouxsie and the Banshees for coveralbumet deira Through the Looking Glass. Han vart gjeven ut som den første singelen frå albumet og nådde 14. plass på den britiske singellista.^[8]
