Is bare infinitive used after 'seeing'?
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ margin-bottom:0;
}
I have learnt that bare infinitives are used after the verbs make,see watch, dare ,help etc.Is it the same if the present participle of those verbs are used?
•Seeing the examinee answer all the questions, the examiner
became happy.
Is the sentence correct?

If you're talking about answer, you could also use the present participle: Seeing the examinee answering all the questions . . . (Note that your sentence doesn't use the present participle, so your question is a little unclear.)
