Use multiple impressions for the same example. Is this case compatible?
I'm a programmer and I have to work on a critical evaluation report. I want to criticize my application and write the overall impressions after using the application i have created.
impressions examples = (clear, clever, sensible, beautiful, useful.... and so on).
Can I say that my project is sensible, complex, reliable, organised, and fair?
organized and complex sounds a bit strange. also not sure about the other too. English is not my first language. But I can see that it sounds a bit strange.

grammaticality
You've tagged your question grammaticality but you've only offered individual words. Grammar is something analysed in the context of complete sentences (or similar), not in the context of individual words.

There is nothing ungrammatical about it. Whether it's meaningful and correct is up to you and your reviewers to judge.

sensible, complex, reliable, organised, and fair - too anthropomorphic for a program critique, I think.
The application is rational, reliable, and built incorporating a broad analytical base that reduces predictable bias?
