I am designing a portal for managers. I have to show the list of tasks which requires their attention to take some action.
Currently, I am using title "Critical Tasks List".
Is there any other best option for this situation.

IMHO a "Critical Tasks List" is a bit redundant. You could omit the word List and could start with the shorter "Critical Tasks". But to me "Critical Tasks" suggests that they require immediate and urgent attention, which may be too demanding. - More conventional text for a user interface is the classic "To-Do List" or texts that address your users more directly such as "Your To-Do [List]" , "Your actions", or be more specific to what actions your users need to perform, i.e. "Pending approvals", reviews etc. or when with "Ovderdue" and "Due by this [week|month|date]"

As you wouldn't list the tasks if they didn't need attention, maybe just Task List.
